Kia ora, I'm Kelly, founder of Glowing Up. I'm passionate about holistic self-care—nurturing mind, body, and wairua (spirit)—so we can show up authentically for others.

As a proud mama of four tamariki, I'm inspired daily by what truly matters. I'm studying towards my Master of Social Work (Applied) at the University of Canterbury and hold a degree in Psychology. With over 20 years in the health and wellbeing sector, I currently work in Education and Health.

Of Ngāti Porou, Te Ātiawa, and Ngāti Kahungunu descent, my culture shapes my understanding of connection, compassion, and holistic wellbeing.
